Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

> Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, or cosmetic damage

> Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel

> Consumable components (e.g., batteries, bulbs) unless failure occurs under normal use within the warranty period

3. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Notification

> Contact Zyler Customer Support within the warranty period at support@zylerme.com

> Provide:

     > Original proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

     > Detailed description of the defect

     > Supporting documentation (photos/videos)

2. Evaluation

> Our team will assess the claim and may require return of the product for inspection

> You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified

3. Resolution

> Approved claims will result in one of the following at Zyler's discretion:

> Repair of the defective product

> Replacement with an equivalent product

> Refund of the original purchase price


4. Limitations & Disclaimers

> This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable > Warranty coverage becomes void if:

    > The product serial number or warranty seal has been altered or removed 

    > Damage results from failure to follow product instructions or safety guidelines.

> Zyler shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use
